How do I get unlimited AI generation?
On Pro and Agency, connect your own AI provider key (BYOK). Your generations then run on your key and cost 0 ScoutRival credits.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Free is free forever with no card. Paid plans only start a checkout when you choose one.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes — up or down, from your Billing page. Upgrades apply immediately (your credits sync at once); downgrades take effect and are prorated.
How does the Agency seat add-on work?
Agency starts at 5 seats. Add more anytime at $25/seat/month, and each seat adds 1,000 credits/month. Billed prorated.
What's the refund policy?
14-day money-back on any paid plan. Email us within 14 days for a full refund.
What's the Lifetime Deal?
